Product delivery time/method

Excluding customization products and reserved items, we will deliver the order within 1-7 days (excluding the year -end and New Year holidays, summer holidays, temporary holidays, etc.), and will be delivered by Sagawa Express. Please note that delivery may be delayed when your order is concentrated or before and after the consecutive holidays.

How to handle returns

In the case of defective or misdelivery, please be sure to contact us by e -mail within 30 days. We will explain how to return and refund the product after contacting us. At that time, the shipping cost will be borne by our company.
In the case of returned goods due to customer reasons, please contact us within 30 days unused only.

Delivery fee, return fee, and commission will be borne by the customer.
